There's this ice cream shop called The Iscreamist which serves milkshakes, yogurt shakes, and ice blended coffee. Yes, you may find it popular to shops nowadays to serve these kind of drinks but do you know they serve Liquid Nitrogen with their desserts?

With Liquid Nitrogen, the dessert changes. Milkshakes can be turned into ice cream because it makes it cold.

The store's must try is their Dragon's Breath. With Dragon's Breath, your dessert is served with your own cup of liquid nitrogen. You dip your dessert in the cup for a couple of seconds, because your dessert becomes cold once you do so. 

When you're ready, take a bite and see what happens. Smoke comes out of your mouth and your nose! It's eating your dessert in a fun and smoky way :)

Rainbow Colored Shaved Ice

Shaved Ice is a dessert made from shaving a block of ice. It is also called as Hawaiian Shave Ice and is always mixed up with another ice dessert, snowcone. Shaved Ice and Snow cones are different because snow cones are made from crushed ice. Basically, they differ in terms of ice texture.

This dessert is sweetened with different kinds of flavored syrups ranging from fruit flavors to creative flavors like bubblegum and cotton candy.

It is often served in a conical paper or a paper cup, and you have the freedom to choose what flavors you want in it.

You can put as many syrup as you want but the best way to create a rainbow inspired shaved ice treat is by adding, lime, blueberry, lemon, orange and cherry. It will look like this:

Shave ice is served with a straw, and not with a spoon for the flavors are directly on the ice, and not on the bottom of the cup. This dessert is very easy to do as long as you have the machine that creates shaved ice. Just buy different flavors of syrups to use for your shaved ice.

Italian Gelato, anyone?

Do you know what is a Gelato?

Gelato is the Italian word for Ice cream, it is derived from the word congelato which means frozen.
It is different from Ice Cream because of its flavor and texture, it is made of milk too instead of cream. It is also more intense in flavor compared to ice cream.

Gelatos are sold in Italy in shops called "gelaterie". A gelaterie can be considered a paradise for gelato lovers because of its magnificent display of flavorful gelato.

Gelatos are showcased in tubs inside their shops full of fresh flavors. As you can see, there are a lot of flavors to choose from! Due to the popularity of gelato, Italians and Tourists from all over the world want a scoop of it!

When buying a gelato in Italy, you have two choices, it's either you put them in a cone (cono) or in a paper cup (coppa). Some Gelaterie in Italy do not have chairs inside their shop, this is because it is meant to be eaten while strolling around the streets of Italy. Oh, by the way, the prices depend on how many scoops you order.
